Pamela Lynn Thornton (Leff)

Pam was a lifelong resident of Spring Grove before she passed away at her home after a long and courageous battle with lung and brain cancer. She will be missed.

SPRING GROVE - Pamela (Thornton) Leff, 56, a lifelong resident of Spring Grove, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2009 at home after a long and courageous battle with lung and brain cancer. She was born Nov. 25, 1952, in Chicago. She was a 1970 graduate of Grant High School. She was employed by Intermatic for 34 years.

Survivors include a son, Brian Leff; her brothers and sisters, Debbie Thornton, Bill Thornton, Nancy McKinney, Mary Valenziano and Michael (Sheila) Thornton; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Virginia Thornton; and a son, Kenneth Smith.
