After graduation, Beth worked for Jewel Food Stores as a Service Manager until her and Dean moved to Boulder City, Nevada in 1981. She married Dean Molburg (class of 1969) in February of 1976. Both enjoy traveling and exploring the beauty of the western states. Beth is the owner of Beth Molburg Insurance Agency for American Family Insurance. Reflecting back, Beth is amazed at all the success she's had over the years and the things she has accomplished in both her personal and business life. Beth is a believer in "it's the journey, not the destination".

In her leisure time, she enjoys reading, attending plays, concerts and traveling. Both Beth and Dean are active members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) and participate in many of their events throughout the western states. One of their best memories was traveling back to Milwaukee on their Harley to participate in Harley Davidson's 100th anniversary celebration.
