Glenn Lyons married his high school sweetheart, Lois MacDonald in 1973. Glenn and Lois have two sons, Aaron (1979) and Craig (1981). They are grandparents to one grand-daughter, Eliana (Craig's daughter). Glenn and Lois live on Charleston, Illinois where they recently purchased their new home on 3 wooded acres. Glenn began a career with State of Illinois IDNR working summers while attending Western Illinois University. In the late 1970's Glenn was a member of the Mounted Park Ranger Patrol in Chain O'Lakes State Park. Presently he is the Site Superintendent of Fox Ridge State Park in Charleston, Illinois and Hidden Springs State Forest in Strasburg, Illinois. Information as of October 2015.
